Tennis NZ are hiring for a new role in Club Capability. If you enjoy getting out and about, developing strong relationship, facilitating workshops and meetings, and creating change through collaboration then we want to hear from you.
You’ll be the glue between tennis clubs, local tennis organisations, community and sport organisations, and the different departments of Tennis NZ. You’ll make it easy for clubs to access the things that they need to help them create great participant experiences, to operate efficiently, and to have great community connections.
This role will provide a good balance of collaboration and independence. We want to find someone who can identify a challenge and act on it in a timely manner. You’ll love discovering how things currently are, and how they can improve. You’ll hunt out great examples of best practice and enjoy sharing others’ successes far and wide. You’ll love running with an idea and seeing it through from concept to delivery. Most of all, you have a personality that thrives on interaction with others and can facilitate productive, empowering, progressive change.
Tennis NZ is a family friendly employer with a great team culture and a flexible approach to remote working. We welcome and appreciate diversity in our team. This role will be based at Head Office in Rosedale, Auckland. LEARN MORE
