Coach of the year Award – Jack Tiller, Tennis Mid Canterbury

Jack consistently supports players in reaching their potential, contributes to the sport through inclusive and innovative coaching practices, and actively engages in personal development to enhance his profession and tennis at club level.

 

Love Tennis Club Award 2025 – Waimairi Tennis Club, Christchurch


Congratulations to Waimairi Tennis Club for going above and beyond at Love Tennis! Waimairi are celebrated for truly connecting with their community, building strong volunteer teams, and creating an inclusive, welcoming experience that inspires ongoing participation.  They truly nailed engagement with their local community, empowered their team of volunteers and created a space for everyone to feel welcome.

This award recognises clubs that rally together as a team to engage with diverse communities and champion participation for the benefit of their neighbourhood. Redcliffs Tennis Club demonstrated exceptional teamwork, building meaningful partnerships with local schools to create opportunities for underrepresented groups to take part in tennis.
